Everyone wants to be happier in a life,but a busy life and work demand hectic schedule took over the life and we forgot those things which makes us happier.

Make a list of the things which fill your heart with happiness,joy and connect you to the life again. Add those things one by one in your life.Perform them ,at least for 66 days to make it habit and see the result.
